I came to this work as a writer first.

Years of building fictional worlds taught me to notice when a system doesn't hold together: when a character's motivation is missing a beat, or when ten moving parts need one place to live. I bring that same eye to your business.

What I built: 18 connected databases wired to WhatsApp through automation, so schedule updates and reminders go out on their own.

What I built: a live kitchen production dashboard, built from the team's own spreadsheets, pushed to a public display screen at every location.

For a restaurant, this could mean tracking daily purchase orders and building a record of customer favorites and birthdays, the kind of detail that keeps people coming back.
